Overview
Overview
Ryadom ("nearby" in Russian) is an online psychological support platform. Visitors can book a video, audio or chat session with a specialist, talk to an AI assistant at any time, and read articles in the knowledge library.
The Challenge
People looking for psychological help often face barriers before they even reach a specialist. The platform had to feel approachable while handling sensitive user data securely.
The Solution
A Node.js and Express backend with a PostgreSQL database, a REST API and JWT authentication. Specialists are listed with their role, experience and schedule, and a session is booked in a few clicks. The support chat answers instantly and can hand replies to an optional Python AI service. The whole interface is available in English, Russian and Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout.

Defended as a graduation project and graded Excellent (5/5).
